So it wasn't enough to attempt a FPS and MMO hybrid, they've now decided to throw Facebook-games into the mix. Log in every day for moar numbers, but don't miss one day because then you don't get as many numbers. Kinda reminds me of Cow Clicker TBH, but then again so does the whole AFK-farming and that playstyle seems popular so go figure ;).
Anyway, more details on how the daily activity bonus works would be nice. How is it applied? Is it just a chunk of SP you get each day you log in (how big a chunk)? Or is it somehow added to active SP?
Extra SP is always welcome, especially with the SP sinks we got in Uprising. I just don't really see why they'd add something like this, what's the point of it? Because... ...you know the complaints about being "forced" to play every day back when we had a daily cap? This sounds like it could lead to more or less the same thing -- I hope they've considered that 'cause these forums don't need more whining. No, really, we have enough of that already ;). |

You're being rewarded, this is different from the Daily Cap. Reasonable people kept saying that about the daily cap too. The complaints did not stop. |

Surely you wont have a problem with that, unless you've deleted it from your system. Rephrase that "surely nobody will have a problem with that" and include everyone on these forum in that group of people... Does it still sound probable? ;) Yeah, maybe it does... I mean, I hope so at least. |

GTA-V FTW wrote:LOL you would think that in a DEV Blog that is explaining the new features that they were adding they would have more detail into these things, but hey its like pulling teeth from CCP just to get what little bits that we do anyway. Haha, I was going to mention that in the OP, but I figured it'd just derail the thread too much if I did ;). |

Just noticed that all the numbers are actually shown in the screen shot.
Anyway, that 42 000 SP per week is actually 50% of what you get from a passive booster. That's quite a lot considering what people are paying for boosters.
Also, missing one day means you've "lost" 10500 SP. This could be an issue for some people.
The real problem and what I actually dislike about this, however, is the whole idea of adding features with the sole intention of making the game as addictive as possible. |
